Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Hanné Aesthetics, we strive to provide you with the highest level of service and a seamless experience. In order to accommodate all our clients and ensure the best use of our time, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24-48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients in need of our services. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us beforehand, a $50 fee will be requested.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule, please provide 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you, subject to availability.
Special Circumstances:
We understand that emergencies or unforeseen situations can arise. If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to illness or other valid reasons, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to be flexible on a case-by-case basis.
Repeat Cancellations:
Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to pay upfront for future bookings.
