Dermal Therapist

Working from our beautiful Berry clinic, this role is for a dermal therapist who is as passionate about the why behind a treatment as they are about the results. Someone who listens first, treats with intention, and takes genuine pride in the transformations they create.

  • This is not your average clinic role. At Hanné Aesthetics, every treatment is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to how someone feels in their skin and in their day. We are looking for a Dermal Therapist who brings both technical precision and real warmth to their work.

    Day to day, you will deliver a range of advanced skin treatments from skin needling and chemical peels to microdermabrasion. You will conduct thorough skin consultations, build personalised treatment plans, and guide clients through evidence-based home care routines that extend their results beyond the clinic.

    Beyond treatments, you will be part of a team that cares deeply about the full client experience from first booking through to aftercare. That means accurate records, immaculate hygiene standards, and a consistent, professional presence that clients trust and return to.

  • We welcome applications from newly qualified therapists ready to hit the ground running, and from experienced practitioners looking for a role that genuinely fits their life. What matters most to us is your attitude, your commitment to client outcomes, and the care you bring to your craft.

    • A relevant qualification in dermal therapy, beauty therapy, or skin science, we are happy to discuss what qualifications are applicable with you directly

    • A solid grounding in skin science, common skin conditions, and treatment contraindications, you approach each client with knowledge, not guesswork

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you make clients feel genuinely seen and cared for, not just scheduled

    • Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain one before commencing

    • Experience in a clinical or salon skin environment is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate

    • Reliable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and a client-first approach to everything you do
