Skin needling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is one of the most clinically proven skin resurfacing treatments available. Using a precision medical device, hundreds of fine micro-channels are created across the skin's surface. The skin interprets this as controlled injury and responds with its own remarkable repair process, flooding the area with collagen, elastin, and growth factors.
The result, achieved gradually over a series of treatments, is measurably firmer, smoother, and more even-toned skin. This is skin needling elevated. Everything you receive in the standard Collagen Induction Therapy treatment, combined with the application of exosomes, one of the most exciting advances in regenerative skin science, infused directly into the microchannels created by the needling device.
Exosomes are nano-sized messengers derived from stem cells, packed with growth factors, peptides, and genetic material. Applied immediately after needling, they penetrate deeply into the dermis and effectively instruct your skin cells to accelerate healing, intensify collagen production, and reduce inflammation. The result is the structural remodelling of skin needling, amplified by your skin's own cellular repair intelligence.
